Once you order your certificate from Top.Host and if you have created the CSR, you must log into myTophost Panel, in order to send the activation request to the issuing authority (e.g. GeoTrust, Symantec, Trustwave etc.).
In order to manage your certificate, take the following steps:
1. Log into myTophost Panel.
2. In My services, in the category SSL Certificates, click on Manage for the certificate that you wish to activate.
3. Select a hosting type (Linux or Windows) and then enter the CSR in the corresponding field. The CSR must begin with -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- and end with -----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST-----.
Next, fill in the information Manager, Billing Director and Technical Director and click on Continue.
NOTE: In the field email, enter your personal email address.
4. From the drop down menu, select the email you want the instructions about the last certificate activation step from the corresponding issuing authority. Click on Send, to complete the process.
